Yesterday, at least one school in Portland ME had to go on lockdown because ICE was in the area. I've seen a bunch of videos on YouTube of ICE grabbing people in Portland, including teenagers. Maine is in their sights. Be aware.
DHS says they have a “list” of around 1,400 people to round up in what they’re calling “Operation Catch of the Day” — a completely disgusting and inhumane name for their terror campaign in our state.

Just a reminder that @mikemcmahan.bsky.social had the right of it. Though, you should NOT print out a sheet of these and slap tag them. You totally should not do that even though 6 fit nicely on an A4 sheet and are nice and readable from 20 feet away. Definitely don't put them over Flock lenses.

My wife and I have been planning a vacation to Portugal for April. We live in the Boston area, so we plan to fly from Boston to Lisbon. We may need to rethink the whole trip now.
New— An American citizen boarding flight from Boston to Lisbon just now told me after showing boarding pass, every passenger stopped on jetway by two ICE agents demanding to take their photo. When passenger asked why, ICE threatened to detain them. If they said no photo, couldn't board/TBD detained.

I think there is some information in there that isn't familiar to a lot of people. Including that the US is currently holding three times as many people in immigration detention as were detained in the entire Nazi concentration camp system in spring 1939—six years into the Third Reich.

This is the sixth death in ICE custody in 18 days. This isn’t enforcement, it’s a system that cages people, outsources care, and shrugs when they die. Abolish ICE.
