Southwark council is waiving parking fees for car clubs.

This is a *very* welcome first step from @jamesmcash.bsky.social and is the start of building a policy environment that supports car clubs in London.

Since Ella Adoo-Kissi-Debrah became the first person in the UK to have air pollution listed as a cause of death, nationwide progress on air pollution hasn’t happened fast enough.
