Where did all the voters go?

📺 IPPR's Dr Parth Patel tells the Housing, Communities and Local Government Committee that we are getting awfully close to the tipping point where elections lose legitimacy because the majority did not take part.
The SEND system is not fit for purpose. It isn’t working for children or their parents. Families face lengthy battles just to get support, and even when it arrives, outcomes still fall short of what they should be.

Retrospective changes will deepen child poverty, block access to higher education & trap families in years of uncertainty.
