This is used to be a glam location and now just a store in a little mall next to an outlet store and a weed shop and a Thai Express and the Rexall where I get my cold medicine, yet their commercials only get more obnoxious to the point that more people know/hate them than ever before.
No one hates their customers more than Spence Diamonds.

For the record for anyone #ottawa people listening to the Lansdowne 2.0 debate about the Ontario Building Code 2012 vs 2025. Accessible doors are slightly narrower in the 2025 Code (850mm clear vs 860 clear previously). This change brought the OBC into alignment with National Building Code.
