I’m a white lady professor who *did* get a job, and all it took was a healthy dose of luck and not completely misreading court documents and despite my indefensible ignorance publishing a shitty and utterly vapid book about it on top of my oeuvre of other shitty and vapid books 🤷🏻♀️
You’ll never guess who else experienced ‘racism’ on the job market despite their unimpeachable academic credentials.

Only thing I have to say about BS about white men in academia "not being able to get jobs b/c of women and POC" is organizing a labor union will always be a better option than racism and sexism. But I guess that doesn't work for entitled men who think they're smarter & better than everyone already
