Finding myself spending less time scrolling as the grim and disquieting thought "is this AI?" undermines my sense of learning about what's going on, and even enjoyment of memes. I see something I might once have reposted and instead just log off.

I don't know how to keep it all together if I'm constantly tripping over my own feet. Feeling like im always behind and paying for it. Hard to see it all not just coming undone at the worst possible time. Hard to have perspective. Hard to see a solution. Hard to feel in control.
