i’ve said it a lot offline that the whole politics of the reactionary movement can be summed up as “shh i don’t want to hear about that”

the entire idea of consent is hostile to his world view. the idea that women have any volition is hostile to his world view. the idea that anyone has a right to object to being depicted any particular way, which vastly disproportionately impacts women poorly? same thing

Listen, probably nothing but you can’t be too safe. Gonna put us on preliminary It’s Happening Watch. Remember a Watch means the conditions are there but we haven’t seen anything. If we make it to a Warning then we’ll really need to buckle down.
