I've been bedridden for the last 6 months, unable to work as I try to get a surgeon and insurance lined up for my operation to let me work again.

My personal “Don’t give to the Salvation Army” story:
When I was homeless in 2019, the Salvation Army shelter refused to give me a bed (even though they were available), because I was on immunosuppressant meds and they didn’t want to be responsible or liable if I got more sick or died on premises. They’d rather I die on the street.
It’s dinner time for the police. Appears to be pizza from a Salvation Army van.

It isn’t “slut shaming” to say you shouldn’t sleep with RFK Jr. anymore than it‘s “fat shaming” to say you shouldn’t offer the CEO of McDonalds favorable coverage in exchange for getting to eat three day old French fries off the floor of the worst run burger joint in the country.

Paul Bojerski never gained official residency, but he checked in regularly with ICE for years. Then in July, at age 79, he was detained and sent to Alligator Alcatraz.
