That is NOT his only goal with this.

We must understand that trump is building his Brownshirts (SA), his Stasi. He is getting his foot in the door with immigrants, but their treatment is what will befall all opposition in the near future.

One by one, Europeans mentioned in the Epstein files who still hold political office are beginning to resign or are being forced out of office.

Meanwhile, ruled by an administration almost entirely made up of Epstein associates, the US carries on as if nothing really happened.

I’d hate for him to leave, especially now that he’s been named captain. But, really, can’t blame him if he wants out. Same goes for the rest of them… we’re a shambles of a club from top to bottom. A training center and world class stadium wasted on an outfit better suited for League One.

Tear gas is banned in international warfare, yet classified as a “riot control agent” that law enforcement can use for crowd control.

“It just doesn’t work well, and it hits the weakest people the most, and causes the most complications in them,” an anesthesiology professor at Duke University said.
Tear Gas Is Way More Dangerous Than Police Let On
In the middle of a respiratory pandemic, law enforcement agencies have used tear gas in especially dangerous ways. The chemical agent also seeps into homes, contaminates food, furniture, skin and surf...

Abolish ICE.

There’s no reforming it.

There’s no compromise.

There’s only one way to rein in ICE’s terror campaign. Abolish it.

Speaker Mike Johnson all over the news this morning saying that him and trump

WANT ICE AGENTS TO HAVE BODY CAMERAS

Because of course they do. They want to expand ICE surveillance capabilities to centralize their authoritarian power.

Any Democrat who calls this "reform" is a liar or a fool.

Today at school dismissal, I followed a suspicious pickup around for a bit, keeping an eye on them, trying to figure out if they were ICE. Then I realized they were keeping an eye on me also. Then I realized they were, in fact, other parents. Life in Minnesota, January 2026.

Our injury crisis is not down to training methods or playing style, it never has been.

It is, however, down to squad depth, squad makeup, and schedule load.

Our inept squad management/building quality means we lack the correct mix of depth, eligibility, and quality for successful rotation.

Trump is working hard to set/reinforce a frame that connects immigration, financial fraud, & election fraud. He and the right wing propaganda machine will keep producing “evidence” to fit this frame, then use it to justify attempts to suppress voters, kick voters off rolls, and delegitimize results.
Trump: "Minnesota is a mess. There's something in the water up there. I won the 3 three times but I got no credit for it. It's a rigged state. Really rigged badly w/ the Somalians, and the Somalians & the theft. We gotta get 'em out, most of them. 92% don't work. Many of them drive Mercedes-Benzes."

The last time he started talking like this, his allies minimized the risks and we ended up with January 6. This time we must take him literally and seriously. These comments are a five-alarm fire for democracy. In a functioning republic, he would be impeached and removed from office today.

Cannot believe that conservatives have expanded state Supreme Courts three times and we have decided it's uncouth to even discuss expanding the Roberts Court
Republicans love adding seats to state Supreme Courts! They've done it three times in recent years. This latest court-packing plan will shift Utah's high court far to the right and possibly flip rulings on abortion and gerrymandering.

Democrats should take note that Rs have deemed this acceptable!
This hasn’t received nearly enough attention:

Republicans just passed a law to pack Utah’s Supreme Court after it ruled against their congressional gerrymander.

Cox could appoint two more justices before the court hears the GOP’s latest appeal to preserve their gerrymander

He’s saying the quiet part out loud: Trump and MAGA Republicans can’t win with their unpopular policies at the ballot box, so they want to steal the 2026 election.
Trump: "These people were brought to our country to vote, & they vote illegally. The Republicans should say, we should take over the voting in at least 15 places. The Republicans ought to nationalize the voting. We have states that I won that show I didn't win. You're gonna see something in Georgia"

While DOJ did a completely incompetent job of protecting victims, they appear to have been much more careful when redacting the names and images of Epstein's co-conspirators and the clients to whom he trafficked women.

While a few billionaires are listed, many more were illegally redacted.
Attorney Arick Fudali, who represents 11 Epstein survivors, says the release of the files has been a “perfect storm” of “incompetency and an active cover-up” by the Trump administration, as one the survivors he represents was named over 500 times by mistake.
