The Portland Housing Bureau (PHB) is sitting on $106 million in unspent funds, far more than was previously reported. City Administrator Raymond Lee outlined the funding in a memo Friday afternoon.

Surely there are fully-funded artist retreats for game designers, somewhere. I just need two weeks of uninterrupted thought and work. Ideally in Portugal? I’d take Belgium, Argentina, Korea… lesser countries too!

This is a good bit and would have done numbers as recently as 2019
It’s so cool that every art has its specialty. Animation represents dreams, fiction does thought, film does superheroes, and so on

I’ve cleaned up so much in my life. Stopped drinking, no pot, spent months working out and getting full nights of sleep and eating healthy — and I feel like shouting from the rooftops, hey everybody!! I made these changes and it has led to no discernible difference in my life whatsoever!!
