The US GDP is $30T....he's not bringing in 2/3rds of that waving his little hands around and for once someone in the same room and a camera should bring up some specifics to this dickhead.

I can't imagine that any of these plans are realistic or even take into account modern medicine. They really want people getting medical care like they buy shoes and shop for the cheapest cardiologist in the middle of your heart attack, or clip MRI coupons.
