Europe should be planning regime change.
TAPPER: Can you rule out the US is going to take Greenland by force?

MILLER: Greenland should be part of the US. By what right does Denmark assert control over Greenland? The US is the power of NATO

T: So force is on the table?

M: Nobody is gonna fight the US militarily over future of Greenland

Almost like someone who is on the wrong end of this order asked him to do it. Or paid him. Or blackmailed him. Either way, it's the whole point of the regime.
It’s genuinely wild that the United States spent decades building an elaborate rules-based international order which de facto cemented its permanent status as the dominant global hegemon, sustained by ideology rather than might, and now is just blowing it all up for literally no reason

What in the Gestapo is going on in Grand Rapids?

Watch this activist get arrested *mid-interview* for speaking out against U.S. action in Venezuela.

Per WASH POST, Stephen Miller will play an “elevated role” in Venezuela (what could go wrong!) and Machado won’t be president because she accepted the Nobel Peace Prize Trump wants (yes, seriously)

Couldn’t make it up if we tried

It's been so long since I've seen a dumb thought by Jesse Kelly. He used to be my neighbor for a minute and I'm thankful everyday he moved out of state....or rather failed out. He's genuinely stupid and I didn't want his kids near mine in case it was contagious.
On X, a senior U.S. Justice Department official is promoting a post that praises colonization as “one of the greatest things that ever happened to the backwards parts of the world.”👇

Does Chuck also stick his dentures under his pillow expecting a dollar from the tooth fairy every night?
Schumer: “I was in the SCIF on 3 different occasions … I asked them: Are you pursuing regime change? Are you intent on taking military action in Venezuela?"

“And they are assured me they are not pursuing those things”

This place won't be able to even begin fixing itself until every single one of them is in a prison cell and every dollar they have is seized. And that ain't happening after one election.
These freaks want territorial expansion and they know Trump will do everything he can to deliver.

This isn’t just a tweet from some random asshole either. This is Stephen Miller’s wife. Miller was in the room with Trump during the kidnapping of Maduro.

Baker is so strong, he just one arm tackled his own RB.

Trump is going to appoint Eric as president of Venezuela, isn't he? Figure it'll be the dumbest guy possible and he does fit the bill. And keeps the grift in the family like a fucking mobster.

Dang, didn't it think it got this stupid. But here we are.
… First non-critical Dem Senator reaction I’ve seen comes from Fetterman:

I cannot express how bad of a decision this is and how poorly it would go.
Next stop on the War Tour:

Trump to Fox: “Claudia Sheinbaum is a good woman, but the cartels are running Mexico.

“She’s not running Mexico — the cartels are running Mexico.

“Something’s going to have to be done with Mexico.”

Mixing civilian law enforcement with military actions, tactics, and weapons is really, really bad.
Rubio is claiming that they did not need Congress permission because it was a law enforcement mission. The US is behaving as a global police state, extending its own arbitrary legal decisions to the whole world.

This is not a problem just for Venezuela.

How can he use so many words to say nothing?

Almost like the guy thinks he's a dictator...
News: Gang of Eight in Congress were only notified about Trump's Venezuela operation after it began, source familiar tells me. That means the heads of the Intelligence Committees in Senate and House were *not* consulted. Just crazy.

I'm sorry, we're doing what?
Trump on Venezuela: "We're going to run the country until such time as we can do a safe, proper, and judicious transition"
January 3, 2026 at 4:50 PM
They perp walked Maduro? Seems like theatrical bullshit for such a serious matter, so I'm assuming this is just another dumb decision/diversion/profit opp by the violent clown show running this country into the ground.

Those don't even sound like real laws.
So for months they have tried to blame the entire fentanyl crisis on Venezuela and the indictment only mentions cocaine, which they pardoned a different guy for weeks ago

So fmr Honduran President Hernandez voluntarily surrendered, and was duly extradited, tried and convicted for drug trafficking, and Trump pardoned him 6w ago.

And this morning, Trump illegally attacks Venezuela and abducts its president and his wife purportedly to try them for drug trafficking.

I'm pretty sure Trump is most mad that he couldn't get a big enough cut of whatever Maduro is scamming/selling/stealing.

Chances that you'll take that test once in your life are probably 1/20 depending how long you live and he's needed 3 of them to confirm he's competent enough to make his own toast.
The doctors chosen by a criminal fraud who knowingly surrounded himself with criminals willing to lie, commit crimes, and fall on a grenade for him said he's in good mental health, so that should totally be "okay" for everyone to believe. Right.

RU has been calling Zelenskyy “illegitimate” since he “canceled elections” (he didn’t, Putin’s war did); China has been also stating Taiwan is “theirs”, hence their president isn’t “legal”.. so if US/Venezuela is OK-ed by international community, this will kick off a wild phrase.

Maduro is probably a piece of shit. I guess. I figure anyone with that much power is an asshole. And every country has one and always has. Still wrong.
