JUST IN: This morning, hundreds of baristas have joined our national ULP strike.

☕ The solidarity is strong: For every one barista on strike, dozens more allies have shown up in force to back our cause.

Our strike continues to grow in strength and power! #NoContractNoCoffee
As of this morning, Starbucks workers across the country are officially ON STRIKE. And we're prepared for this to become the biggest and longest ULP strike in Starbucks history.

Say #NoContractNoCoffee with us: DON'T BUY STARBUCKS for the duration of our open-ended ULP strike! $SBUX

This opinion appeals to Musk because it treats women and children as objects without autonomy, which appeals to subhuman techbros in his crowd.
This post by the world’s richest and most divorced man on the site he bought to promote his far right extremism is ripped straight from the Klan messaging of the 1870s or the 1915 film Birth of a Nation that inspired the Klan’s rebirth as a PR stunt/Ponzi scheme/terrorist organization in the 1920s.

From the Yale Youth Poll - note how much more young people care about housing. It's issue #3 in importance for them! (And since housing is most people's biggest expense, "affordability" is really another way of talking about housing.)

🚨 NEW: A majority of Americans now support Medicare for All even if it ends private insurance and raises taxes. The tipping point is here because the ACA is failing to keep health care affordable. New polling shows a 50-point shift in just six years.

"Speaking with Zeteo, he (Ro Khanna) counters that young people are actually very educated on the issue, and that it’s the facts of the genocide that shape people’s opposition to it."

Even the UN says it's a genocide. Then they wonder why people didn't vote
Hillary Clinton headlined an event run by Trump donor Miriam Adelson's newspaper. There, she blamed TikTok for young people’s "misinformed" views on Israel.

The next day, Ro Khanna met US veterans — mobilized in part by social media — who were abducted by Israel as they tried to bring aid to Gaza.
Ro Khanna to Hillary Clinton: Don't ‘Disparage the Intelligence of Young People’ on Israel
Khanna pushed back on Clinton’s claims that Israel’s critics 'don’t know the history' while speaking with three American humanitarians abducted by Israel.

Randomly got a "Welcome to Gemini" email and saw that it was installed on my phone. I did not sign up for it or install it.

The email goes "Gemini accesses certain system permissions and data, like call and message logs, and your contacts"

I did not ask for this.

If Democrats want to regain working people, they must disavow Big Money.

They must hammer economic populism — and have a laser focus on the cost of living crisis in America.

There’s no way the party can speak for or represent the working class in America if it's beholden to corporate interests.

So Apple is flagging features off in the EU (using the system it built explicitly to avoid complying with the spirit of the law), blaming regulators *for it's own choices*, and using shills to promote that line.

Do I have that about right?
Why is that bad? Because it shows how much the EC is now in control of product development and product launches in Europe.

Want to launch new features? That's at the mercy of DMA enforcers in Brussels. Try doing it around the holidays? Build that into your development timeline.

Having the Coast Guard, which falls under the Department of Homeland Security, decide that a swastika isn’t really a symbol of hate? That makes me, an American Jew, feel pretty damn unsafe.

We're primarying John Fetterman.

Last week, Fetterman again sold out working Pennsylvanians. He was the deciding vote for a Republican budget bill that will strip healthcare from over 400,000 Pennsylvanians.

We deserve real working class leadership in the Senate, not a Trump-enabling Democrat.
