Looking forward to learning all about how the right should move left to win elections tomorrow. They should maybe dye their hair pink, learn to love pronouns.

I got my nose pierced a couple of months after I turned 40. I'd always wanted a nose stud and now, more than a year later, I still smile every time I see it in a photo, even if I hate the photo itself. Case in point.

It’s disheartening to see Teen Vogue dissolved into Vogue and its political team let go. For years, it was one of the few mainstream spaces that made room for honest, radical commentary on justice, inequality & the world we actually live in. I’m grateful it gave me a home for so many of my op-eds

You can be anything you set your mind to!
Okay, so: once you’ve nicked £90m in assorted crown jewels from a national museum, I think it’s safe to say you no longer fall into the “petty crime” category even if you haven’t previously been noteworthy in your field.

Zohran Mamdani campaigned a lot and appears not to hate the voters whose support he's seeking. Here's what other Democrats can learn from his unorthodox strategy.

Honestly, we severely underestimate how drunk our past was. However drunk you think it was, triple that, at least.
in the 1830s, philadelphia town ball, itself adapted from philadelphia round ball, was the hottest recreational pastime for urban males other than drinking themselves to death. club teams began emerging when folks started crossing the river to camden, new jersey to escape urban life and play ball.

Position #3: it’s a plagiarism machine that wouldn’t exist without mass-scale flagrant theft, potential economic calamity, environmental calamity, and the social concerns (deepfakes, CSAM, spam psychological damage etc) far outweigh whatever “transformational” features users in position #2 see
There are basically only two positions in the debate about AI.
1. I’ve barely invested any time in learning how to use it effectively. AI sucks.
2. I’ve invested in learning how to use this tool. Holy cow, it’s transformational.

Position #1 has lower barriers to entry.
