I have grudgingly acknowledged that souvenir shops in tourist towns are going to carry Trump shit. And those shops located on the gulf coast will have “Gulf of America” bullshit. But an “Alligator Alcatraz” t-shirt on display in front of your shop? Might as well say “Do Not Enter.”

In my early/mid 30s I got super intense into diet, exercise, it became my life, I was running 5k+ 3x a week, lifting heavy 2-3x a week, and in martial arts for 10-15 hours a week. 21-22 hours a week. I was keeping my intake down to ridiculously low numbers.
And it wasn't really sustainable.
