Blinding glare from LED lights on newer vehicles is a massive safety issue throughout Canada and wherever new vehicles exist. I am blinded on a daily basis by cars coming towards me or behind me and it's most dangerous during hwy driving. Transport Canada must speed up a process to assess this issue
