Really important counter to the persistent narrative that we need to produce more food to feed the world - it’s diversity that is needed, and more investment in horticulture, legumes, nuts and seeds.
This is significant. There is more than enough #food in the world for everyone. But not the right diverse, nutritious foods for everyone to be #healthy.

There's too many starchy staples. But not enough fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, & seeds.
