As for carbon footprints 👣, those took no account of the ships 🚢 hitting, maiming and often killing whales 🐋 which have recently learned do incredible carbon sequestration

My wife went veggie before I did and we spent several holidays searching round cafes for veggie options.
I picked the hotel for our honeymoon because they were recommended by the Vegetarian society & the vege food was so good I went veggie for the whole holiday
I eventually went full vege in 1992

Miluju rychlou kuchyni, čerstvé suroviny, žádné dlouhé přípravy. Poněkud mne zaskočilo (a lehce naprdlo), že k pouličnímu rychlojídlu zvanému vege pho potřebuji hodiny tažený vývar. Přikročila jsem k úskoku, tj. použití pasty Pho od Živiny. Je to dobré, ale chuťově nepřipomíná jídlo z LH. 🤷♀️
