I’ve been playing with rc cars/planes my whole life, but it was only in January that I actually got into the rc drift cars. I built my first with @caniselastis.bsky.social at Further Confusion ‘25 and then immediately played with it with a bunch of other furries the next day :3

Ok, let’s do this. But without a challenge this time. Having a goal was great and kept me on my toes, but it also made me rush and take shortcuts. And it’s no coincidence that the last few minis I spent more time on turned out to be my best.

I had a busy few days but managed to build this year's Red Gobbo Mini. I kept the bag unassembled for now since I'll be painting the inside of it, not sure if I'll magnetise it or just stick it together after though.

but I found a legally-distinct "dark tower" pattern on etsy
it felt a little bare-bones, so I freestyled a bunch of extra adornments using my whopping ~2-weeks'-worth of crochet comprehension. It's fun! Quite mathy! Kind of like coding!

Lost more of my day than I care to confess assembling this gift from the C’s, from their honeymoon in Japan. Reader, they married in 2013. 😂 (I am quite pleased with the result tho 😂)

I *did*. Today. One can only relax so much surrounded by an unassembled flat pack shelving unit, boxes, a couch and coffee table there is *no room* for, pots and pans there is *no shelf space* for, FUCKING cardboard boxes, etc, and LEAVES. ENDLESS LEAVES.
