Someone explain to me what this nonsense is with "seed oils." Who got it in their bonnet that these common food oils are unhealthy, and why? These polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats are widely shown to be better than saturated fats for arterial and coronary health.

Oddly enough, saturated fat is not an essential nutrient - our bodies will make as much as it needs to make, and sometimes too much if there's excess calorie intake. Polyunsaturated fats are essential nutrients to be consumed in small amounts.
