I was thinking more along the lines of visibility. They said buried, so I was picturing excavations and newly dug earth right next to the busiest, most public place on the course. Would be less noticeable if they disguised it as groundskeeping or course development/repair

God the sports thing drives me fuCKING insane. You know I worked in groundskeeping for a bit and my super told me once “yeah honestly the girls and guys can all do the work the girls are usually just a bit more shy with the power tools at first” when showing me how to use mowers cutters etc /1

All it takes is one corpse a cemetery make.
There's a backhoe in groundskeeping. Grab it, steal the bodies (1-2) re-bury at sea & voila -- no more non-profit status. Bc that's why he does it.

Candidly, if I was paying whatever Stihl are paying to be England's official groundskeeping partner, and they could not even provide me with one promo shot of a player holding the lawnmower for real I would be demanding my money back.

i'm getting a little sick of baby steps but i will say in terms of youtubers getting vocal about this stuff, it is definitely more than a baby step. it's a solid foundation that needs some groundskeeping is how i'd put it

The gist is a kart racing game, but instead of racing the player has to do all the groundskeeping, like mowing and other odd jobs while the races are on (dont get ran over). Over time you build your own kart with parts bought or salvaged to participate in the races and climb the ranks.
