That said, I really wish our lovely government representatives would take initiative in developing some token system that would allow us to verify our age without giving companies our data (token is issued and verified and checked against the govโt system but doesnโt give companies personal data)

To be fair to Discordโฆunscrupulous people have been making private groups to groom children into sharing pictures of themselves.
Dunno what more they can do when the parents arenโt monitoring and the kids are lying about their ages to get around the systems meant to help protect them.

I passed out early that night but woke up and immediately checked my phone the following morning and my heart sank. Something in me broke that day and Iโm not sure Iโve been the same since.

I do not understand how we accept noncitizens into our military and then donโt provide them with citizenship in return.

I support the intention, but the unintended consequence is ICE will just abduct everyone out of state immediately rather than after a few days-weeks, severely limiting what the state can do to actually help these abducted people.
