What's it mean 'he doesn’t vote in provincial elections'? Is he actually ineligible (how)? Does he simply choose not to vote? If it’s the latter, can we now call his citizenship into question? Did McNally just violate FOIP by publicly disclosing this person’s voting history on social media? Unreal.
