Nice to catch up with colleagues at #AEFP2025. However, I’m going home even more depressed given the lack of outrage and planning for the future. It was mostly business as usual despite us being very much in a not business as usual time.

Thread of useful advice for folks with restricted-use data #AEFP2025 #EdResearch
8/N Note that your cell means will get tiny pretty fast in the NCES data sets. So you are going to have to make hard choices about which RHS variables you use

Do not spend the next 6 days trying to create pretty CHARTS for disclosure

Instead make tables of the values that will populate the charts
