First up: gender gaps through the lens of first names
- Michaels, Johns, & Davids made up nearly 10% of all supts
- 1 out of 5 supts has one of the 10 first names listed below

When school culture wars lead to superintendent firing, resignation etc it costs districts big $$$. In fact, in one year, the total cost is about $3.2 Billion. Which is a lot.
