the best part about spending the holidays in a migraine-induced fugue state is the guilt about all the obligations that either get missed or halfassed - the perfect addition to the cyclical grief that normally takes place.
(I'll be ok, just frustrated bc it's an insurance-caused flare up)

Excuse you, but I won't stop it. I read they only used numbers, didn't go the next step into a study on the actual problem. Without that last step, it's like other studies that assumed things that turned out to be wrong. I'm not on board with halfassed science. Their efforts won't 'choke off crime'.

It's wild how halfassed iOS parental controls are. I am supposed to be an expert at this and with hours of research and fiddling I still barely understand how the settings work (when they work at all).

When I was working on the 3rd party HALO RTS mod (before Bungie C&D'd us because they finally wanted to do it themselves) the entire culture around placeholders was to make them as comically and blatantly halfassed as possible sop they got the point across without any risk of shipping.

I think the anime is a pretty good supplement (well i think the part 6 one is kind of bad comparatively, way too much halfassed cg) but people GOTTA read the manga it absolutely isn't a replacement

Well...putting together a sweater from granny squares has me: cursing need to weave ends b/c there will be so many and not accounting for amount of shoulder drop in the flat 2D pattern I halfassed (I think I made too many sleeve squares....meaning I can make sweater longer but I need more squares).
