Given that he was found liable for $354 million in fraud connected with his real estate transactions, it's pretty clear he doesn't understand that, either
Nichols: He doesn't understand anything that basically isn’t a real estate deal. And so the idea that Putin is obsessed with Ukraine for other reasons, Trump just doesn't understand any of that stuff and doesn't understand why he can't make a deal.
