It’s not just a UI/UX issue. Instead of understanding what people’s needs are and helping them bridge over the gap, or understanding what people’s actual problems are and designing solutions for them, they develop *products* and then go about coercing, forcing, or confounding people in to using them

Martin Parr R.I.P. Such sad, sad news. He leaves behind him a magnificent body of work.

I now await the Stephen Graham remake.
Another Hitchcock film ticked off tonight, this time Rope (1948) and as per an extraordinary experience. I'm going to call it, that boy could direct.

I’m sad to hear of the passing of Michael Turner, at 91, one of the very greatest aviation, motorsport & #F1 artists. He was also a kind & friendly man. #RIPMichaelTurner

Still awestruck with total admiration for the woman at our team Christmas meal out in town last night who abruptly stood up and declared

‘Right. I’ve had enough of you lot now. I’m off home’

put her coat on and promptly left the restaurant.

Microsoft seems to have borked my Outlook android app - select a date in the Calendar to add an event, when entering the event details it always defaults to the current date, and not the one I've just selected.

I'm sure that's how it used to work and I'm not going mad!?

I'll continue to buy from Ms Myerscough's collection of work as I find it beautiful and nostalgic and how the future was meant to look when I was a kid. But this self harm to keep the gammon happy is enough.England has to realise it's not the boss of anything
The EU are removing their de minimis threshold next year. So that will be the EU added to the growing list of places that I can’t sell to.
As a small business it’s getting harder and harder to keep going.
