It’s not just a UI/UX issue. Instead of understanding what people’s needs are and helping them bridge over the gap, or understanding what people’s actual problems are and designing solutions for them, they develop *products* and then go about coercing, forcing, or confounding people in to using them

Very sad news, a truly great artist. I shall be going through his wonderful book, in collaboration with Nigel Roebuck, this evening and marvel at his skill.
