It may seem little, but not giving your AHL players their championship rings in a timely manner nor giving them any update on it signals to all players that you don't really care about them.

Was talking to friend I went to college with about people who were a couple years ahead of us in our program, and how terrified I was of them all. No clue if we may even be the same age, but the fact that they had seniority and were super talented was so intimidating, even when they were nice to us.

Thankful the rain basically stopped once we got on the road home, but jesus, someone almost swiped me without bothering to signal or shoulder check before changing lanes, and another car didn’t have their headlights on the whole time I was behind them (at least 10 blocks). Vancouver driving sucks.
