I need cishet men to understand and really sit with and get comfortable with the fact that women can be experts, too. Women can be knowledgable and competent. Women may know more than you on certain topics. Women have worthy ideas and guidance/help worth listening to.

I feel bad for the people who think the problem is those that care, instead of those that don’t care enough who got us into this mess.
