The American people deserve a public health system that puts science before politics.

That's why California and 14 other governors are joining forces to launch the Governors Public Health Alliance to protect communities and guarantee decisions are rooted in data and health.

I used to read books like Lord of the Rings or watch movies like Star Wars and think the villains were unbelievable. And of course, now watching the tech oligarchs (who could not spend all their money if they tried) destroy civilization for power, I’m like, guess I was wrong. People are that awful.

My lab's been attacked by an anti-wind group and their lawyers. They threatened the science funding of my whole university, to shut me and my undergraduate research assistants up.

The second amendment guarantees the right to a militia to guard against federal tyranny. But if a president can use that force against its own state, against the wishes of that state, then it is no militia at all and a clear violation of the second amendment.

This was never about one person, but about the laws that govern all people in our country. Several courts have made decisions in this case, and we expect the Trump administration to follow those decisions.

One thing I'll say to Democratic Party insiders...

Please stop listening to people who make all of their money selling TV ads. Just...every Monday for the next year, spend time imagining what you'd do if you couldn't spend money on TV and had to do other things with that money.

Everyday discrimination isn’t just “bad vibes”—it’s a mental health crisis. Depression and anxiety skyrocket when racism, sexism, and hate are your daily reality. Don’t tell us to “toughen up.” Dismantle the systems that are breaking people down.

I think some in the Senate have convinced themselves that the backlash to folding will be limited to “the left” and therefore ignorable.

Those people are deeply and profoundly misreading the moment and the stakes.

Virtually every swing district House Dem walked the plank to vote NO for a reason.

This differs from an archive in that they want to rebuild the links between pages and replicate the full website.
