Accessibility shouldn’t be an afterthought or seen as a favour to disabled people. It’s essential and should be built in to all areas of public life as standard to avoid this cycle.

If you focus on and insult someone’s appearance rather than their behaviour not only is it gross and irrelevant, it also fails to address harmful actions that deserve (and often need) criticism. Stop it.

1 in 6 people have some form of disability, yet so often disabled people aren’t considered or included in the discussion let alone having equity.
Disabled people exist in a rigged, ableist system where we have to “ask” nondisabled people for access, accommodation, rights and equity.
