I remained in forearm plank for *almost* 60 whole seconds today.
As always, I bailed into downward dog at the end but today it was only like five seconds! 💪
I don't eat particularly carefully so there will always be a layer of jiggle, but beneath that jiggle will be tuff abs.

I was diagnosed with #HIV in 1998, when I was 30.

My diet by preference would be like, chocolate mousse and root beer, but lately on struggle days we've been adding roasted broccoli to boxed mac and cheese and frankly it rules.
