The purpose of these decisions is to create pretexts for throwing away votes. All an official has to do is "delay" a block of valid, postmarked ballots a day or two and suddenly they've turned into "illegal votes" that oh, so sorry, can't be counted anymore. And voters can't do a thing about it.

I’ve heard relatively little discussion over the best reason to vote for Kamala Harris and that is that Samuel Alito wants to retire and Clarence Thomas is 80 years old and we either can replace them with Ketanji Brown Jackson or 35 year old Samuel Alito and 35 year old Clarence Thomas
