Always keep watch. Eventually the aliens will slip up and do something unhuman a little too nonchalantly. Then we'll know. 👽🛸

Yesterday, the lifeform we call "Elly De La Cruz" forgot himself and took flight to catch this baseball. 😮

This is nonsense. A district court decision holds just as much legal weight as a Supreme Court decision. The only difference is the district court’s ruling is appealable. But until you WIN an appeal a district court’s decision binds all parties, including the executive branch.

The Supreme Court's first and only opinion today is San Francisco v. EPA. The majority substantially weakens the Clean Water Act's limitations on raw sewage discharge. It is 5–4 in relevant part, with Barrett, Sotomayor, Kagan, and Jackson dissenting. www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/24p...

Here’s another way to think about it.

We import roughly $3.25 trillion in goods every year.

Income tax receipts total roughly $2.2 trillion.

So we’d need a universal tariff rate of, give or take, 65% to be able to do away w the IRS.

But…

1/2
A 10% universal tariff on $3.25 trillion of annual US merchandise imports would potentially raise ~$300 billion.

Last year, US personal income tax brought in nearly 30x that.
Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick says President Trump’s goal is to abolish the IRS and “let all the outsiders pay.”
