Imagine trying to explain to an advanced alien race visiting Earth that a big part of the reason why we are all still cooking ourselves alive is because a significant percentage of people think solar power is gay.

At the same time the NY Times was hyping Hillary Clinton's emails, it had a reporter with emails from Jeffrey Epstein that were highly damaging to Trump.
The more NYT apologists try to minimize this the clearer it becomes that they don't understand why much of the public doesn't trust legacy media.

Should New Yorkers vote for Zohran Mamdani? It’s a tough call. On the one hand, he’s hip with young voters and has progressive policies. But on the other hand, the most disgusting political swamp creatures you know hate his guts.

By and large, the liberal establishment is not trying to drag Cuomo’s bloated corpse across the finish line because they think Mamdani represents an existential threat (he doesn’t, really) but more, they’re doing it because Cuomo is in The Club and Mamdani is not part of The Club.
