This is exactly what I said, when it first happened when the very first strike on the very first boat. If they can do this, they can shoot a car on a freeway anywhere in the United States or they can shoot a person. There’s no end to this.
And even if you're right, the punishment for drug smuggling isn't death.
Rand Paul: "This is an insane policy. It's inconsistent. It's not war. It's not the way we've ever done this. If we can blow up a boat in the ocean, what about when they get to Miami & put it in a truck? Can you shoot a grenade launcher at the truck? No! We arrest people b/c sometimes we're wrong."

Consumer Reports ranks Teslas as the least reliable used cars. "The best of the worst [ten] was Chevrolet at a score of 40. But Tesla makes that failing grade seem respectable with its absolute rock bottom rating of 31, trailing Jeep by just one point.” futurism.com/advanced-tra...
Old Teslas Are Falling Apart
On Consumer Reports' latest ranking of used car reliability, Tesla came in dead last with a rating not even half of the top placed brand.

When is our government assistance to compensate us for the impact of tariffs?
Farmers are being hurt by the President’s tariffs. The assistance announced today will clearly benefit some farmers now, but a one-time payment is not a long-term fix—only restoring these markets can do that.

Yup Hilary tried to warn us… multiple times
The Supreme Court is working hard to turn this country into a despot's dreamscape—while making it nigh impossible for good people to make lasting change for the better.

Those of us who begged folks (and national media) to put SCOTUS before everything else in 2016 are in an endless Cassandrian hell.

Criminals
So when the #AmericanGestapo says their arrests involve people committing crimes, they are technically correct. But the criminals are in ICE, not Home Depot parking lots or street taco stands.
Not only is ICE snatching hard working people who are trying to earn a living, they’re taking their money too?

A witness recorded ICE agents taking a cash box from a taco stand in La Puente during an operation where four people were arrested.

FTC Commissioner Rebecca Slaughter has been a strong advocate for consumers in the face of tech monopolies.

She was wrongly fired by Trump and is fighting back at the Supreme Court to ensure independent agencies established by Congress remain independent.

Supreme Court to hear case that could vastly expand presidential powers
The Supreme Court hears arguments in a case about President Trump's firing of a Federal Trade Commissioner. At stake is a 90-year precedent limiting the president's power over independent agencies.

Agreed. ASAP
The Supreme Court, Presidency, Senate and two party system are all quite anti-democratic institutions as presently constructed.

Our institutions are not only incapable of preventing tyranny—they’re currently enabling it.

When democracy returns, we need to reform our political system.
