🚨 NEW AD: 🚨 Trump’s job cuts are hitting Virginia hard — but on Friday, my opponent said she doesn’t think it’s a “real issue.” Virginians disagree.

Last week, Virginia lost its spot as “America’s Top State for Business” — and a “don’t fret” response won’t cut it for me.

Unlike my opponent, I won’t dismiss threats to Virginia jobs. Read my Fox News op-ed here:

'Don't fret' response to massive job losses in Virginia under Trump won't cut it for me
The new "America’s Top States for Business" rankings make one thing clear: the Trump administration's approach is not working for Virginia.

This is what makes it abundantly clear that Photo ID is not about ensuring there is no in-person fraud but actually all about voter suppression.

(To be clear, everything about these moves makes it clear that is the point, this is just one.)
NEW: Indiana already has stringent voter ID rules... & the GOP is advancing a bill right now to strip university IDs from the list of options you can use.

This would make it much harder for students to vote.

At polling site at IU Bloomington, 2/3rds of voters in November used their student IDs.
Indiana Republicans Move to Ban Student IDs for Voting - Bolts
The new restriction, paired with Indiana’s stringent voter ID rules, would make it much harder for many young people to vote in a state that already ranks near-last in turnout.

The United States is under attack. Elon Musk—who has been elected to nothing and is a deeply troubled person—is literally destroying our government from the inside and doing so without authority or consent of the governed. Working on a report on this right now. It’s an emergency.

FBI Director nominee Kash Patel promised no retribution. The next day, we have this grotesque purge at the FBI.

Bondi said she would examine pardons on a case by case basis.

Then Trump gave 1550 pardons overnight.

Their confirmation commitments mean nothing.

The rules, if you are keeping track:

If a single left activist anywhere in the world says "defund the police," it becomes the official position of the Democratic Party, now and forever.

If the president's top surrogate repeatedly sieg-heils on stage, it's ambiguous, impossible to interpret.

Part of Biden’s thinking in who he pardoned is that prosecutors and legislators have certain forms of immunity. But the specter of the outgoing president needing to pardon the former chair of the Joint Chiefs of Staff is horrifying.

Everything happening with TikTok this weekend is a show and happening outside the legal system. I’m looking at it this way: TikTok shut down to send the message to users that Trump wanted to fix it; TikTok is coming back up before the inauguration because Trump wants it up for his inauguration.

MIKE JOHNSON: No, I won't commit to that ... when state and local officials make foolish policy decisions that make the disaster exponentially worse, we need to factor that in.

12. Hegseth, according to his books, could be counted upon to ignore threats to America from abroad, and to use a purged and politicized military against “enemies within.” This is consistent with Trump's avowed intention to build a kind of dictatorship on the ruins of a dysfunctional government.
