The contractions of late stage capitalism are reaching a breaking point. Let's be smart about this shit.
Exactly. We can't be so afraid to raise the stakes on these assholes. The intellectual underpinnings of the right wing movement are built upon 501c3 tax exceptions.
If we’re doing this, here are orgs we should strip of tax exempt status:

- Heritage Foundation
- Stand Together
- Americans for Prosperity
- Cato Institute
- Mackinac Center
- State Policy Network
- PragerU
- RealClear Foundation
- TPUSA
- Claremont Institute
- Council for National Policy
- SPN

Yes,shift the narrative LOUDLY and REPEATEDLY so those still on the fence finally get it.Publish the stories and videos of resistance and most importantly, publish the photos of the ICE agents so their communities(barbers, store clerks, school officials, postal workers, etc.) know EXACTLY who they are.

They called the targeting of brown people of another faith and erosion of civil liberties the “patriot” act so you would feel guilty or fearful for being against it. So you would adopt an us versus them mindset. You were being groomed for autocratic rule all along.

A good number of the problems in the world today arise from the way the US model of philanthropy has been exported around the world. Normalising the idea of excessive accumulation and then deifying who have it as morally superior instead of what they really are - hoarders.

UPDATE: Meta is continuing to censor anti-Musk ads. It has removed a Facebook ad calling for a boycott of Tesla, saying that it violates the company's policy on "unacceptable business practices"

How about we quit blaming anti-genocide voters for the mess we are in and put the blame where it belongs: the decades-long degradation of civil society for short-term profit. Excellent piece by @hamiltonnolan.bsky.social

If Caruso wants to be the hero of LA: stop with all these BS 'civic leader' efforts, leave Altadena alone, buy up the Palisades, build 100,000 units of fireproof, below-market housing, and gtfo. Last thing we need is to rebuild a bunch of 30,000 sq ft mansions. @dsa.la @pplscitycouncil.bsky.social

This is the progression of a monopoly capitalist state. Musk and his cronies have accelerated to the process to a degree that it is plain for all to see.
It’s like there is this straight line from Citizens United to “richest man in the world buys himself unfettered access to the Treasury”

People who shit on unions forget that the owners of capital form their own unions, i.e. cartels, and use them to extract maximum profits out of workers and consumers.
