And in that vein unfortunately really disheartening to hear the MC talk about how police in other states have assisted ICE in a way that Massachusetts police are somehow inoculated from… the same week news breaks of Everett PD handing over a 13yr old to ICE.

In a statement on Thursday night, a DHS spokesperson says the 13-year-old Brazilian teen had ties to the gang 33, a Brazilian criminal ring, in Everett.

One of the disturbing reactions to the Mahmoud Khalil arrest is people making things up that he did to justify it that even the Trump admin doesn't claim he did. People just see him as the *type* of person who did the things they're mad about, so punishing him for it is acceptable. Lynching logic.
