It's all too appropriate that like the original Predator, Badlands is a critique of toxic masculinity while also being a dark fantasy flick that Jim Henson would be *so* into.
My only real complaint is the CGI is pretty rough at points, but whatever. I fucking loved this movie.

Can't get over how excellent the exploration in Pacific Drive is. There's just such a sense of eerie wonder everywhere that pairs so well with the survival+roguelike gameplay rhythm.
