I only know that I'm reporter of color who done some impactful work on immigration. I've been laid off twice.
The 1st time was when Trump came into power the 1st time.

I worked on the Santa Monica pier & one day my grandpa called me and said “that’s such a beautiful place to work do you ever take your breaks and just listen to the ocean?” After that call that’s how I spent all my breaks and it was such a wonderful escape.
They did a study that being around, watching or listening to moving water for 20 minutes, improves your mood. Here's the black sand beach (lava) in Kona, Hawaii. Sound up. 🔊
