📣 new paper alert! I am SO PLEASED to finally announce this paper's publication. We looked at how adolescents with and without #DevLangDis learn whether a computer likes or dislikes them or someone else. Both groups learned very well when the computer liked them. link.springer.com/article/10.1...

Similar to global trends, DLD attracts relatively little public attention in Singapore (i.e. 'hidden'), with far fewer hits in a database of local newspaper articles then other NDDs.

I spoke to women leaving academia posts because they feel universities are protecting predatory professors.

Is this one cause for the ‘leaky pipeline’ problem, which sees women falling out of academia at every rung of the ladder?
