What’s your least interesting opinion?

Mine is a tie between “Paul is the best Beatle” and “Ketchup is the best condiment”

cool to see Lesley Manville on stage, but generally did not care for Robert Icke’s blunt, smarmy take on OEDIPUS. more at nytg: www.newyorktheatreguide.com/reviews/oedi...

you're telling me oz perkins made an undercooked movie?????????? well i NEVER
"It’s intriguing until it’s not, letting an undercooked and underconceptualized dessert taint the whole meal."

Tatiana Maslany is giving her all in Oz Perkins' KEEPER, an otherwise frustrating slow burn that trails off in its third act.
Review: Osgood Perkins' KEEPER is a Haunted, Yet Underdeveloped, Nightmare - Daily Dead
Ah, yes. The Osgood "Oz" Perkins, who built his brand on festering gloom and speculative dread, returns in Keeper. Romance blossoms not into happily ever afters, but supernatural distress and a myster...

had to watch MARKED WOMAN twice because my attention span at home is so bad, but also it's weird to watch a movie where Humphrey Bogart is just sort of there and leaves little impression. Bette Davis is good though!

if Damon Daunno took off his shirt in THE SEAT OF OUR PANTS (a fairly unnecessary musical adaptation of Wilder's THE SKIN OF OUR TEETH), it would be a 30% better show

My prime time program with TCM on November 17th covers Robert Altman's COME BACK TO THE FIVE AND DIME and the Gay Bar Christmas Picture SOME OF MY BEST FRIENDS ARE. SOME OF MY BEST FRIENDS ARE doesn't screen anywhere very often and doesn't have a DVD in circulation.

in high school, i was at a friend’s house and they had a little patio in their backyard that was 5/6 feet off the ground. I thought it would be fun to see if i could jump atop it. I ran towards it and my brain said jump but my body did nothing so i just close-lined myself.
had an awful day. please reply with your favorite memory someone that totally ate shit in a physical way that isn’t a total bummer

canon never mattered to the Bond movies until the Daniel Craig cycle. suck it up, reboot it again.
James Bond’s death in No Time to Die is causing a nightmare for the next film. Writers are stuck because Bond “was blown to pieces.”

Anthony Horowitz, author of three 007 novels, says:

“You can't have him wake up in shower and saying it was all a dream."

everyone who bitches about certain movies being like “filmed plays” would not last seeing actual theater. they would not be able to handle seeing a two hander about clowns holding an ancient ghost hostage in the middle of purgatory set dressed like a Panera Bread staged in the basement of a church.

i think it’s probably my lefty seeing a lot of theatre male privilege but had similar problems with LIBERATION that i did w PRINCE FAGGOT, in that it has a romantic affair with ‘60s/‘70s liberatory politic spelled out the same way in art that it has been since then. sorta Barbie monologue coded
