I seem to have gone fully Christmas (no decs yet of course) today is the turn on of the Shrewsbury lights, work have been playing lots of festive songs, also I’m watching The Good Life Christmas special, after this year I’ve decided to just go for it.

Does anyone used a Libre diabetic sensor, the one in your arm? Mine is having some interesting times, according to mine my blood sugar has been dropping right down, but I feel absolutely fine.

Throughout my treatment I constantly reminded myself just how lucky I was to not have to worry about how I was going to pay for it, this is just awful.
The thing about cruelty and inhumanity is that the limits of who is affected keep expanding and expanding until we shove it back the other way

The system for being off work having cancer treatment and post treatment needs to be totally overhauled, at the moment it’s very much “well you ran out of statoury sick pay and normal sick pay so we’re just going to leave you to it and deduct a ton of hours off your payslip leaving you with nothing”
