PFA is creating living wage jobs in a high demand field, fostering new small businesses, and allowing parents to re-enter the workforce while educating our future workforce.
Preschool for All is a program for working families. It supports our most vulnerable, our children, while lifting up some of the hardest working people in our society, their teachers. We were able to have a little more income to put towards other necessities. We also heard from our preschool that the teachers were benefiting from higher wages and more training, and that overall, it was a very well run program. It is more programs like these that we need! I'm a teacher in PFA and I think it's the best way to keep good teachers from leaving the field.
