ICE has been given carte blanche to arrest and detained ANYONE without exception. They are in essence the gestapo. Who will rein them in? NO ONE has been able to get them to stop. No mayor, Senator, Representative, Comptroller? Are we at their mercy? We need to stop them!

Hoping that this means he'll do something good for a change but I'm not holding my breath. The one take away I get from this though is that the protests against ICE taking our immigrant workers "might" be making a difference. 🤞

The are asking people in the LA area for papers as they walk around.
They are saying that non-citizen's attending the FIFA World Cup this year to make sure to bring their "papers". I'm guessing by saying non-citizens they mean not white?

OK, I have a serious question but I can't seem to get answers for this. If congress' bill cuts benefits, like Medicaid and SNAP, pell grants, etc., states will have to take up the difference in costs for their population. Can the states and us, citizens, not pay that much in federal taxes?

Is it just me, or does it feel like Kilmar Abrego Garcia and Andry Hernandez Romero are beginning to slowly drift from the public consciousness? We simply cannot allow ourselves to be distracted from the mission of bringing these two men back to the U.S.!
