My #Utah legislators get free healthcare. My Utah legislators voted to strip funding from childcare centers. My Utah legislators think it’s a mark of unworthiness if an Utahn can’t afford to eat or take their kid to the doctor. The Utah GOP only cares about their wealthy donors.

PS and you can blame former Democrat (in name only) Senator Joe Manchin for voting against making ACA subsidies permanent. As a result the ACA subsidies had to go to a vote again in 2025. While subsidies have been in place the ACA market has been more robust which has brought insurance rates down.
