'Biological' male or female used for trans+ people is misgendering and not neutral, it's a slur. It doesn't matter if a judge said it.
Media folk using it are doing a similar thing to interviewing racists and not just repeating their slurs in quotes but adopting them themselves.

Hey so if you still use Spotify: Streaming services are bad for artists but have you noticed yours is *the worst*?? Their rates are consistently under everyone AND for 85% of the music on the platform they don't pay out at all.
Tidal, Deezer, Napster, Apple pay 2-3 times as much. Qobuz is like 4x.

I keep thinking of Beth Upton today, who won against an absolutely foul, racist bigot, and should be having the best day, but is still being monstered by our entire media, for the crime of merely existing as her authentic self and doing a job in the NHS that helps people, all day every day.
#C4News went above & beyond, reporting:
"a nurse has won a harassment claim against Dr Beth Upton."
No she didn't. NHS FIFE harassed her, not Upton.
This is almost defamatory, & they mentioned none of the dismissed parts or the implications for trans women in SS spaces. I complained to Ofcom.

So we’ve attacked trans people to the point of language like “trans identifying…” and “biological people” are now common parlance so we’ve moved on to people with disabilities, use mobility aids and might need a bit assistance because were apparently an accepting humane society BUT FOR HOW LONG?
