BREAKING: Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema have cast decisive votes against Biden's NLRB nominee. This means the Democrats will not secure control of the national labor regulator through 2026. These two Senators effectively handed Trump control of the board when his term begins.

Hmm misdrawn anarchist symbol next to symbol of thing most anarchists hate next to extremely niche reference to thing that’s well known in ADL and hardcore Zionist circles but that very few San Francisco leftists have heard of.

Let’s get our top investigators on this one.
The Hillel House at SF State — a community space for Jewish college students citywide — was vandalized with antisemitic graffiti & an effort to break into the house.

“Khaybar” was a location where, in 628 CE, Jews were subjugated & expelled.

Jewish students continue to be targeted on our campuses.

if you live around conservatives, a common bumper sticker reads “liberalism is a mental disorder.” you’ll see effigies of dem politicians, unhinged screeds about satan-worshipping dems written on lawn signs. this stuff gets ignored while any hint of condescension from liberals is treated as endemic

So true. When you live in deep red areas, Republicans will say terrible things about Democrats while remaining *deeply* sensitive to any slight from the left.

On the Christian right, they view their insults as courageous truth-telling, while similar rhetoric in return is treated as persecution.

I really don't get how Democrats can be handed the easy layup of "Republicans are uniting to suppress the underage sex trafficking report about an unliked and unqualified nominee" and decide the best thing to do is minimize its importance.
Sorry, @hakeemjeffries.bsky.social, Trump’s cabinet is not a distraction, and the public has a right to the Gaetz report even if Republicans on the Ethics Committee decide to be partisan, and cover up a child sex trafficking scandal.
No, Trump's Cabinet Is Not A "Distraction"

The first known use of singular “they” is so old that not only does it pre-date singular “you,” it wasn’t even spelled with a “th”

When William and the Werewolf, in 1375 CE, used singular “they,” it was spelled with a Thorn
